Prayer

After visiting a third world country; overwhelmed by the all the needs and not sure what to do; it led me to my knees in prayer. Prayer is the only way to defeat the need, the devil, help and reach the lost and the ones in need, restore backsliders, and provides the hope to continue each day. Unfortunately prayer is MIA in our country today; removed from schools in the sixties and limited discussions in churches today. As we all know, prayer can no longer be observed as a luxury but a true necessity for our peace of mind, and survival. Prayer requires great work, obedience, determination, time and submission to our Lord Christ Jesus. We are living in the last days which means prayer is critical and should be our number one responsibility! Philippians 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Amen and go love one more.
