Hope

I can cope with the hardships in life because of the HOPE I have in Jesus Christ. I am reminded of a great verse to memorize, "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf". Hebrews 6:19-20. The only way to achieve this level of hope, get to know Jesus by studying His word and promises. Be on the alert for the false hope wrapped in shiny and beautiful packages called riches, or in people, in idols, and lastly in human government. These false hopes are easily adopted as temporary comfort because they are more tangible for people to place their trust and faith. Throughout the book of Psalms 118:8-9 and 146:3-4 are perfect examples of Jesus's warning to us. Again, I have walked through the valley of shadow of death to prove this theory correct. My HOPE you don't have to learn it the hard way as I did......
